Yeah Yeah Day 5

Day 5 - Ngong Peng at Lantau Island, Citygate Outlet

As usual, woke up at 9 something, prepared ourselves and hunt for food. no fix plan for breakfast that day so we just walked around and see what will attract us.

Breakfast were so so.

After breakfast, we went to Tung Chung by MRT. Then we took cable car to Lantau Island. The journey took about 20 - 25 minutes. Quite a long journey and we could see the trees and the sea because the cable car we chose was Crystal type. Actually there wasn't any special except the base is made by see through glass. It will be quite scary if you have phobia.

Yeah! Finally we were on Lantau island.

The weather that day was bad. It was raining and foggy. We forced to buy rain coat for ourselves.
We stayed there for awhile hoping that the weather will turn good but.... So we went back to Tung Chung by cable car and headed to Citygate Outlet where we shop half of day but didn't get much. Just didn't see anything that attract my attention a lot. We had our lunch at the food court. Nothing impressed. After our shop we went back to Mongkok to hunt for dinner. We walked for so many round and finally decided to take our dinner at this shop.

'O Jian' - deep fried and so it's oily but taste not bad.

Slurrp! My favourite La La!

'Lou Sui Ngap' - Can't find this in Malaysia I guess. Nice one!

Ok, that's all for day 5. Day 6 will be up soon! Stay Tune!

Wonderful Hari 4

Ini Hari Ke-4 dan ini hari kita akan pegi ke Disneyland~~~YAH DIsneyland ini aku mali...

WO LAI LAR~~

okok..one sentence of malay is good enough and if you ask me to continue writing in malay, i rather you pinch me in my butt *shy*.DUH~ what am i talking.OKAY~anyway back to the post. Like i say, today is the day where we finally get to step our feet into Disneyland (you know right, is DISNEYLAND and most people would like to visit)

We woke up as usual (9 something i guess) and venture to Prince Edward St in search of this famous eatery place (Kam Wah Restaurant) where its Polo Bun is said to be one of the best in HK~ so to satusfy our greedness, we wont miss this out. tasted its egg tart and the polo bun...nice nice. once we r done, we decided to walk around the area as we might not be here again for the next few days and we happen to walk by the Goldfish St where vendors along the stretch would be selling fishes. Once done, we went to the MTR station to head to our main destination of the day~Disneyland~

Polo Bun *Yummy*

Goldfish St *kor kor bring u see kam yu le..nyiek nyiek*

We first took the mtr to Central where we then walked for like ten minutes before reaching the platform for Disneyland. quite interesting would be when we board the train to Disney, its train actually has designs of mickeys around. The handle and the windows are all shape of mickeys.
Special Mickey designed train

Ta da~finally in the entrance of Disneyland. oops..missed out something, we actually bought the tickets at Mongkok at a hostel (forgot the name) and they have better rates then to purchase directly from the ticket counter. A daily ticket cost 20 bucks cheaper then the actual price so at least we saved a little(althou 20 bucks i cant even eat a bowl of noodle in HK). so we spent some time taking photos of the entrance and to have our quick meal.we bought egg tarts and polo bun from Kam Wah Restaurant earlier to eat in case we cant find nice food over here. so we greedily swallow the food so we waste no time in exploring the long anticipated Disneyland trip.

Only manage to take pic with Goofy, too long queue on the others

while we were strolling around, we saw people queuing up in front of the souveniers shops waiting for the chances to win pins. Yes~Pins. after that continue to the Fantasyland where we wanted to queue for the rides, but to my suprise they need us to first take a special tickets where they have allocated a time range for us to return for the ride. Went in to the Little Small World and was shock to see long lines of people queueing for their turn. Rushed our way out for the Disney characters performance along the main street and manage to take a glimpse of Mickey Minnie Donald Duck and etc...

Disney character Performance

High School Musical Performance~

ahaha..funny pic ^^

aaaaHHHH..Tarzan coming

Half way of it, hungry and is lunch time at the cafe nearby. Had a beef brisket noodle shared as we r more eager on continue playing around. Noodle is alright but nothing too fancy. Next was the Toy story ride followed by the High School Musical performance.Next was the Jungle theme area where we see tarzan and boat ride. everything's done n the night is coming out. so we took a break and went to answer nature's call and tht was when i saw this machine printing coins and there is Chip N Dale~ Told darl and you sure knows how she responded.
She :" waa waaa...so cute one...i want i want"
Me :"alright alright. i go get change k?"
She : *Nodding happily*
taking pic with her fav Chip n Dale~lovely baby

As we are now waiting for the fireworks, we stroll around the sourveniers in search of nice sourveniers to bring back for some friends. I think we in the shop for like an hour and we finally manage to get some keychains. oops..is about 8 pm so we rush over to the main street and look for a nice location to enjoy the fireworks. Yah~ the fireworks is good but not tht fantastic but the point here is watching it with your loved one and that's the main part of the enjoyment. Fireworks end and is time to say bye bye to Disneyland~ Is fun is tiring and i guess a return trip to Disney is stil worthy.

~ Fireworks ~

Took the Mtr again back and head directly to the best meal we had in HK. This place is reckon by bro after he was brought there by his HK fren and you know what. No regrets to the food. reached the place *forget the name of the area*. The name of the shop is Ko Lau Wan Recipe. They provide steamboat with one of the best raw beef i ever tasted~As they are doing 20% discount for meals after 10. we spotted this Kai Dan Zai which seems to be famous and bought 1 to try and ease the hunger we are facing. Is good but nothing too fancy~I let the pictures do the talking on the food k?

Sweet Trip Day 3

Someone promised that he will do for day 3 but until now... so? It's better that i do it now. Lazy PIG :p

For day 3 i will just let the pictures speak as not in creative mode now. Basically our itinerary for day 3 was merely shopping. and of course, fill our tummy with nice food!

Breakfast at Australian Dairy. Yummy! already plan for second visit :p

This was smooth and full with milk

This was so nice! I like it so much!

As you can see, Times Square

After awhile of shopping, we plan to go for our lunch. Passby 'Seh Wong Fun' - a shop that famous with 'seh gang' aka Snake soup, and also 'Lin Heung Lao' - an eating place that famous with 'Dim Sum'. Finally, we were at 'Gao Gei Ngao Nam', Besides, we also accidentally bump into 'Sheng Heung Yuen' - a typical Hong Kong stall that famous with tomato noodle and 'chui chui bao'. It's right opposite 'Gao Gei'. So? Lunch twice :)

Both of us dare not to have a try ^^

the beef was tender and juicy.

The noodle were flood with tomatoes, it refresh your tongue!

Crunchy bun

Continue to shop again with our fully filled stomach. Went to Silvercord in TST. I think H&M offers cheapest clothes and accessories among all the shops in HK.

Cool one? ^^ Regret from stopping him to get this :(

Look weird? i know... :)

No No No. Obviously this is not our standard yet ;p

After that? Definitely we went to view the Symphony of Light. Not to miss out, the Arena of Stars.
Hey Mister! wrong side lar.. ^_^

Look alike not? Besides film wrapping the body, the rest okay right? Lol.

Adorable one? ^_^

Yes! Time to hunt for food again. Didn't fix any meal for dinner that night, coincidentally we passby 'Tsui Wah Char Chan Teng' - a famous chain of char chan teng in HK and it's famous with their curry and home made fishballs. So, we decided to eat there.

the milk tea was smooth and with nice aroma

Owhhh.. No doubt that the fishballs were delicious!

the taste of the curry was just nice - comparable to Malaysia ones

Then we went back to Mong Kok and walk around. Last station before back to hotel? Ocean Empire Congee - 'Hoi Wong Zuk Dim'. Lol. Don't be shocked. We walk a lot during our trip, that's why we need extra food to keep us energize :p

Zhar Leong - One of my favourite but.... Due to high cholesterol, limit myself from eating too much of it.

...... I think that's all for Day 3. Will try my best to blog about day 4 within this week.

...... preview for Day 4...... DISNEYLAND & Most Delicious Dinner! :D slurrp!

Tadaaaaaaaa...

Alright, I know it's tempting but....
STAY TUNE.....
